The ‘case’ for jab passports hits the skids

The argument for vaccine passports was all about cases. If you’ve had your two jabs, you can still get The Dreaded Lurgy and pass it on, but you’re MUCH less likely to than the Unclean Anti-Vaxxers, they said.
Well, the latest vaccine surveillance report figures from the UK Health Security Agency show the reverse:
(Week 42 report, p.13)
The data appear to show that:
For every age bracket over 30, the case rates per 100,000 people double jabbed are substantially higher than the rates per 100,000 people unvaccinated.
Fully vaccinated people aged between 40 and 80 are, on average, more than twice as likely to catch (and transmit) SARS-CoV-2 as those that are unvaccinated.
In terms of raw numbers, more than 7 times as many fully-jabbed people over the age of 30 have tested positive, compared to un-jabbed (314,008 v 43,059).
92% of cases in people aged between 40 and 80, are in the double-jabbed (247,555 D-J vs 20,951 U/V).
Speaking at the end of last week, everyone's favourite war criminal, Tony Blair, said:
“The absence of vaccination – your failure to get vaccinated – doesn’t just put you at risk… If this were just a personal decision for people and it’s you who suffers if you don’t [get vaccinated], but it’s not you who suffers if you don’t, it’s also other people. And there are people who are unvaccinated, they come into contact with people – even those who are vaccinated, they can still transmit the disease – and if they’ve got a serious underlying condition, they can actually die as a result of that, so I understand people’s objections but at some point you’ve got to say to people: “Look, the evidence – not just from Britain, but round the world – is crystal clear, there’s no serious person disputing it, and to get vaccinated is almost part of your civic duty.”
So, Tony is proposing that people who are currently in the group with less than half the rate of cases per capita, take experimental gene therapy (twice) that will put them in the group with double the rate of cases.
Bugger off, Tony.
Meanwhile, I’m sure Boris has been making SAGE twitch:
“A lot of protection against serious illness and death, but it doesn’t
protect you against catching the disease and it doesn’t protect you
against passing it on”
Boris Johnson on sky news, 22nd October
Given that Boris has now admitted that all the vaccine does is minimise your own chance of serious illness and death, I think we can all agree – as a civilized society, where people have medical autonomy over their own bodies – that the ‘vaccine’ should remain a choice.
