Since the start of the pandemic Tammy Clark (IH/OEHS Professional) and Kristen Meghan Kelly (Senior Industrial Hygienist) have been speaking out about the fact that cloth and surgical masks cannot do anything to stop the spread of an aerosolised virus, they’re not PPE, and the mask mandates violated OSHA’s standards and ethics, putting the public at risk of greater harm than the virus posed.
And OSHA knew it was all nonsense. When the head of OSHA in Michigan asked his superior why they were pushing masks, he said: “We know they don’t work, but we have to just give [the public] something to feel better.”
Tammy and Kristen do not and have never worked for OSHA, but they have been trained and certified through them. As private sector consultants, they essentially act as OSHA liaisons for their clients – ensuring their private clients are compliant with OSHA standards. They have both been expert witnesses in court many times and have 40+ years combined experience between them.
Now, because OSHA doesn’t like what Tammy and Kristen have been saying about the mask mandates and OSHA’s stance throughout the pandemic, they have served demand letters saying:
This letter is to advise you to immediately… to cease usage of the term ‘OSHA certified’ [and] cease all marketing, promotion and communications that either expressly or may imply an endorsement by or affiliation with OSHA.
They have never ‘affiliated’ themselves with OSHA, and stating they are ‘OSHA certified’ is simply a statement of fact!
Here’s their conversation about it:
