Big Pharma is excluding and ignoring evidence that their jabs are injuring and killing people...

Updated: Feb 2, 2022

…and they’re working the legal system to ensure they have protection from liability in civil cases, meaning no matter how badly you’re injured from their vaccines, you can’t sue them.

Brianne Dressen, a preschool teacher from Saratoga Springs, Utah, was involved in the AstraZeneca trial and suffered severe neurological injury that has resulted in a medical bill of over $250,000 (as at June 2021). She gave testimony at a press conference about COVID-19 vaccine side effects, convened by U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson in Milwaukee on 28th June 2021:

  • Brianne had never had an issue with vaccines before and was reassured that if anything went wrong there would be a safety net. Benefits as well as risks would be disclosed to the public and AZ agreed to pay any medical expenses as a result of a possible injury.

  • Tracking app for trial had predesignated symptoms / side effects for participants to check. There was no freeform way to add symptoms not on the list - such as tremors, seizures, tingling, limb weakness – so any symptoms not on their list are not tracked.

  • When Brianne reported her side effects (classified as sever neurological injury) to the trial, they said she had reacted so badly to dose 1 that they wouldn’t give her dose 2.

  • 2nd dose is required to continue in the trial, so she was removed, and her data excluded from the trial. Anyone who reacts badly and is taken out of a trial, effectively doesn’t exist in the trial safety data.

  • A lack of financial support, despite initial assurances, has meant Brianne and her husband have had to remortgage their home to pay for medical treatment.

“Here’s your informed consent: If you get COVID, you will get medical help, but I’m afraid I’m here to tell you, if you have this reaction, that reaction, that reaction (pointing around the room to other vaccine injured people)…you are on your own. The government won’t help you, the drug companies won’t help you, your medical teams will have no idea what to do with you - financially, you will be on your own.”

At the same press conference, Maddie de Garay’s mother, Stephanie, gave testimony about her daughter’s case. Maddie’s parents work in medicine and engineering and have always been pro-vaccine. They enrolled all three of their children in trials, believing they were doing their part in helping bring the pandemic to an end. Maddie was 12 when she was enrolled in the Pfizer trial for 12 to 15-year-olds at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She is now paralysed from the waist down and needs a feeding tube:

  • When she had the second shot, Maddie immediately felt pain at the injection site and over the next 24 hours developed severe abdominal and chest pain, and ‘electrical shocks’ down her neck and spine.

  • The ER checked her for appendicitis, gave her an IV with some medicine and sent her home, although they did state in the discharge papers that it was an adverse effect from the vaccine.

  • Her abdominal and nerve pain got much worse over the next 2 months, and she developed more symptoms that have persisted, including erratic heart rate, memory loss and brain fog, tics and seizures, drastic changes in vision and loss of bladder control.

  • One physician labelled Maddie as having ‘functional neurologic disorder’ and said her symptoms were due to anxiety! At one point they tried to admit her to a mental hospital.

  • In June, they finally gave her an MRI on her brain, an MRV and additional blood tests – 5 months after her adverse events began. During the previous 5 months, Maddie had been to the ER 9 times and hospitalised 5 times, for a total of 2 months.

  • Pfizer seems not to be even acknowledging Maddie, and, like Brianne, her condition has not been included in the trial data because she didn't complete the trial!

“Why aren’t they researching her to find out what happened, so other people don’t have to go through this? Instead, they’re just saying it’s mental. All we want is for Maddie to be seen, heard and believed, because she has not been – and we desperately want her to get the care she needs so she can go back to normal. Why is she not back to normal? She was totally fine before this. We did the right thing, trying to help everybody else and they’re not helping her.”

Professional mountain biker Kyle Warner is 29 and fears his career is now over after he contracted pericarditis, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), and arthritis following his second dose of the Pfizer vaccine in June 2021. Here, he speaks to Molecular Biologist Dr. Aditi Bhargava on the clustering of adverse events: heart issues, neurological issues & autoimmunity.

Suzanna Newell, a former triathlete, outlines the constant extreme exhaustion, pain and brain fog she has experienced since she had the second Pfizer shot in April 2021. She is currently on disability allowance and has recently been diagnosed with small fibre neuropathy and an autoimmune disease.

All four of the people above - plus another 6 vaccine injured individuals - also gave testimony at the 'Expert Panel on Federal Vaccine Mandates and Vaccine Injuries' held by Sen. Johnson in Washington on 2nd November 2021. (See full 3-hr video of the panel discussion.)

The expert panel included 11 doctors and medical researchers who have treated COVID-19 vaccine injuries and are researching their safety and efficacy.

The Senator personally invited:

  • Anthony Fauci

  • the heads of the NIH, CDC and FDA

  • the CEOs of Pfizer, Moderna, BioNTech and Johnson & Johnson

...but none attended.

Here, Kyle Warner speaks to Dr John Campbell after the expert panel. He's so balanced and articulate - well worth a listen for the full hour, to understand exactly what the vaccine injured are up against:

The deputy Asia editor for The New York Times, Carlos Tejada, died of a heart attack on 17th December 2021, the day after reportedly getting a booster shot of the Moderna vaccine.

BBC presenter Lisa Shaw died in May 2021 of a brain haemorrhage caused by a blood clot three weeks after her first AstraZeneca shot. The coroner confirmed her death was due to ‘Covid vaccine complications’.

Footballers seem to be dropping like flies with heart issues, all vaccinated.

Dr Vernon Coleman’s website has an extensive list of reported vaccine injuries and deaths.

Not liable

As these so-called vaccines have been given temporary approval in the UK for use under Regulation 174 of the Human Medicine Regulations 2012, which enables rapid temporary regulatory approvals to address significant public health issues, such as a pandemic (Emergency Use Authorisation in the USA), the pharmaceutical companies and vaccine manufacturers are protected from legal liability.

And now Robert F Kennedy Jr has revealed an interesting theory as to why they’re so keen to get these shots into children:

“Once [these vaccines] get approved, now you can sue them – UNLESS they can get it recommended for children, because all vaccines that are officially recommended for children get liability protection, even if an adult gets that vaccine. That’s why they’re going after kids.”

Deeply sinister. And, make no mistake, big pharma companies are criminal enterprises:

"The four companies that make all of America’s mandated vaccines – Sanofi, Merck, Glaxo and Pfizer - are all convicted serial felons. These are criminal enterprises. Those four companies, since 2009, have spent almost $35 billion in criminal penalties and damages for defrauding regulators, for falsifying science, for lying to doctors and for killing hundreds of thousands of Americans with products they knew were lethal."

- Robert F. Kennedy Jr, in the film, ‘The Truth Behind The Vaccine Trials’

Compensation?

So, can you get any financial compensation in the UK if you have been injured by a COVID-19 vaccine?

Well, a bit – in theory. If you are severely disabled by a Covid vaccine in the UK, you can access financial assistance through the Vaccine Damage Payments Scheme (VDPS). This is not a compensation scheme - it just provides a one-off, tax-free lump sum (currently £120,000), but you’ve got to be able to prove it was the vaccine that caused it and you must be at least 60% disabled to qualify.

In the UK, over £74m has been paid out since 1979. But only around 5% of adverse reactions to vaccines ever get compensation. (Source: 'The Trail of Truth' - timecode 18:40)
