A freedom of information request for Pfizer’s post-marketing data - which they use to analyse adverse events and come to conclusions about safety – led to this document being released:
It’s a Pfizer internal document that analyses the cumulative post-authorization safety data, which includes U.S. and foreign adverse event reports received through 28th February 2021.
So this is adverse event reports received by Pfizer in just the first 11.5 weeks, from 8th December (when the first jab was given in the UK) to 28th February 2021.

“An accumulation of adverse event reports (AERs) does not necessarily indicate that a particular AE was caused by the drug; rather, the event may be due to an underlying disease or some other factor(s) such as past medical history or concomitant medication.”
…but if you die within 28 days of having tested positive on our bullshit ‘test’ for Covid, we’ll be sure to definitely mark you down as having died of Covid, regardless of your comorbidities.
Cumulatively, through 28 February 2021, there was a total of 42,086 adverse event case reports (25,379 medically confirmed and 16,707 non-medically confirmed) containing 158,893 separate adverse reactions:
United States - 13,739
United Kingdom - 13,404
Italy - 2,578
Germany – 1,913
France – 1,506
Portugal – 866
Spain – 756
The remaining 7,324 were distributed among 56 other countries.

1,223 fatalities were reported in just the first 11.5 weeks of jabbing.
In 1976, the swine flu vaccine was taken off the market in the USA after only around 50 suspicious related deaths.
Two of the top 3 classes of reported events from the Pfizer jabs:
· Nervous system disorders - 25,957
· Musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders - 17,283
UK Yellow Card reporting shows a similarly significant issue with nervous system disorders (NSDs). As at 2nd February 2022, 280,314 separate NSD reactions had been reported, along with 307 NSD deaths.
On page 30, you get: APPENDIX 1. LIST OF ADVERSE EVENTS OF SPECIAL INTEREST. This is the first of nine pages of specified adverse reactions - seen in just the first 11.5 weeks of jabbing:

5. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION
Review of the available data for this cumulative PM experience, confirms a favorable benefit: risk balance for BNT162b2.
1,223 related deaths is worth it, for the benefit you get from these vaccines.
Really?
Here are pie-chart representations for the over-18 English population, depicting the proportions of those with 1, 2 and 3 doses and unvaccinated for: vaccination status, cases, hospitalisations and deaths.
The vaccination uptake is cumulative; the rest of the data relates to the 4 weeks to 20th February 2022.

I think it’s pretty clear that vaccinating the adult population has no benefit at all – indeed, broadly speaking, you’re better off being unvaccinated.
Perhaps Pfizer would like to rethink its risk/benefit conclusion.
